Your account number and ZIP code help us locate your property and complete your TownSq Community registration. With the correct information, you can quickly find and access your community.

Where can I find my account number?
To locate your account number, refer to your coupon book or statement provided by your community. Your account number:
Should be clearly shown on your coupon book or statement documents for easy access.
Can be numerical or alphanumeric and can appear in different formats.
May appear alongside your property address, contact information, and payment details, as shown in the example images.
You may also find your account number in emails from your management company. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can't locate it, contact your management company's customer service team for help.

How do I use the account number in TownSq Community?

When entering your account number in TownSq Community, use only letters and numbers-no spaces or special characters. If your account number begins with zeros, omit them. For example, enter 123 instead of 000123.
To register your TownSq Community account, visit https://app.townsq.io/login using a computer and follow these steps:
Click Need to Register on the lower right-hand corner of the page
Enter your account number
Enter the property's Zip Code
Enter your last name
Select Continue
Click Sign Up
You will then be prompted to choose an email address and password for your TownSq Community account.

How do I find my property's ZIP code?
If you are unsure of your ZIP code or want to confirm its accuracy, there are a few easy ways to find it.
Coupon book
Refer to your coupon book, which typically includes your property's ZIP code in the address section.
Property documents
Your ZIP code should be noted on official property documents and correspondence like purchase agreements, rental contracts, or community letters.
United States Postal Service (USPS) website
Use the USPS ZIP Code Lookup tool featured on its website. Enter your details, and the tool will display your property's correct ZIP code.

How is my ZIP code used in TownSq Community?
Your community's ZIP code helps TownSq locate your property during registration. Be sure to enter the code for the community you're registering for.
When entering your ZIP code, only use the first 5 digits.
For example, if your full ZIP code is 75081-2016, enter only 75081.
