The account number and the Zip Code are two essential pieces of data needed for you to complete the registration process at TownSq. TownSq uses the combination of your account number and Zip Code to find your property in our system.

By having the correct data within TownSq, you will be able to find and access your community more efficiently.

Where can I find my account number?

Account number location

To locate your account number, refer to your coupon book or statement provided by your community. Your account number:

  • Should be clearly indicated on your coupon book or statement documents, ensuring easy access when needed.
  • Can either be numerical or alphanumerical and could appear in a handful of variations.
  • May be listed alongside other essential information, such as your property address, contact details, and payment due dates, as shown in the example to the right.
  • Another way of locating your account number is through emails your management company may have sent you. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders to ensure it didn’t end up there.
  • In the event you are unable to locate your account number, please reach out to your management company’s customer service team for assistance.

How do I use the account number on TownSq?

How to fill your account number

When filling out the account number field in TownSq, please leave out any special characters or spaces. Only numbers or letters are allowed. Please note that if your account number starts with zeros, you can ignore them. For example, if your account number is 000123, only put in 123.

Visit the TownSq website at https://app.townsq.io/login using a computer. Follow the steps to register your account:

  1. Click "Need to Register" on the lower right-hand corner of the page.
  2. Enter your account number
  3. Enter the property's Zip Code
  4. Enter your last name
  5. Click "Continue"
  6. Click "Sign Up"

You will then be prompted to choose an email address and password that will be associated with your TownSq account and used to login.

Where can I find my Zip Code?

If you are unsure about your Zip Code or want to confirm its accuracy, there are a few reliable ways to find the correct information.

Coupon book

You can refer to your coupon book, which often includes the Zip Code associated with your property. Look for the address details section, where the Zip Code should be listed.

Property documents

Check any official property documents or correspondence you have received, such as purchase agreements, rental contracts, or letters from the community. Your Zip Code should be specified on these documents.

United States Postal Service (USPS) website

The USPS website provides an official tool called "Zip Code Lookup". You can access it by visiting the USPS official website, enter your address details, and the tool will display the correct property Zip Code.

How do I use the Zip Code on TownSq?

The Zip Code (also known as a postal code) of your community is crucial for accurately locating your property within the association’s database. Please make sure to enter the Zip code of the community you are currently registering in.

When entering your Zip Code into TownSq you only need to provide the first 5-digits. For example, if your full Zip Code is 75081-2016, you would only input 75081.
